Dog Agility Training in Calgary
Dogs in this class are never forced to do any piece of equipment they are unsure of. Patience and positive reinforcement is our number one method. Once an agility skill is completed or mastered, there is wonderful clapping and support from everyone in class.
Requirements to Attend Dog Agility Training
All group training classes are only for dogs that are at ease with other canines and people.
If your dog exhibits reactive behaviour such as uncontrolled lunging, barking, growling, or severe symptoms of anxiety when in a group setting, these sessions will be too stressful for both you and your dog to attend.
If you have a reactive dog, we recommend our Reactive Dog Recovery Program and/or Private Dog Training sessions to help with these issues.
As we care about your dog’s mental health, we want to help you with her reactive behaviour, so we will then offer you to attend the Reactive Dog Recovery Program (RDRP) and/or Private Sessions (PS) by transferring the funds you paid for Agility, minus any of the agility classes you did attend.
Should you make the decision not to attend RDRP or PS, we will then refund you the amount paid, minus $50 cancellation fee and any of the agility classes you did attend.
Price is $285 + gst

Why Do Agility Training?
These non-competitive, non-judgmental, and fun Dog Agility Training classes are a wonderful follow up to Puppy Training Classes, and to any dog (puppy or adult). The classes also help your dog learn focus and calm behaviour through both physical and mental exercises.
Your dog will learn to do hoops, jumps, tunnels, bridge, platforms, and weave polls.
